This website is operated by Achieve Zone LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy explains what we collect when you use kenatus.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

We do not sell your personal information. We have never sold personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we are

What we collect

We collect information in three places on this site, and only when you choose to give it.

When you subscribe to our email list. We collect your email address and any interests you select. We record that the subscription came from this website.

When you send an inquiry. Our contact form collects your name, email address, and message. Depending on the type of inquiry, it may also collect your organization, phone number, and details about your event or program. If you arrived through a link we sent that carried a reference code, we record that code so we know which outreach the inquiry came from.

When you take the Conversation Pattern Check. The quiz asks seven questions about how you handle difficult conversations. If you choose to give us your email address at the end, we store your result — the conversation pattern the quiz identified, and whether your answers split between two patterns — as a tag on your subscriber record. We use it to send you material relevant to your result. Your individual answers to the seven questions are not retained.

You can use most of this site without giving us anything. The quiz can be taken without submitting an email address.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Why we collect it

• To answer your inquiry and arrange speaking, workshop, or podcast engagements
• To send you email you asked for, including material matched to your quiz result
• To understand which outreach efforts bring people to the site
• To keep the site working and secure

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that affect you legally or similarly significantly.

Who has access

Access to inquiry and subscriber data is limited to Achieve Zone LLC personnel who need it to do their work. At present that is two people besides the owner.

We also use service providers who process data on our behalf:

• ActiveCampaign — email list management and delivery
• Replit — website hosting and database
• Clerk — sign-in for our internal editing tools; this does not apply to site visitors
• Google Workspace — our email

These providers are bound by their own agreements with us and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information if we are required to by law, or if we sell or transfer the business — in which case this policy would continue to apply to information transferred.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site. Any cookies or local storage used are necessary for the site to function.

Because we do not track visitors across sites, we do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business correspondence. We keep subscriber records until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Quiz result tags are kept with the subscriber record and are removed when that record is removed.

Your choices

Unsubscribe at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also write to candace@kenatus.com.

Ask what we hold. Write to us and we will tell you what information we have about you.

Ask us to correct or delete it. Write to us and we will do so, unless we are required to keep it.

Ask us not to sell or share it. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of — but you are welcome to confirm this with us.

You will not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.

If you are in California

The California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the rights described above: to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of sale or sharing, and to be free from discrimination for asking. You may make a request yourself or through an authorized agent. We will verify your identity by asking you to write from the email address associated with your record.

We do not collect sensitive personal information as that term is defined under California law.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom

You have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection. Where we process your information based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We rely on your consent to send you marketing email, and on our legitimate interest in operating and improving this business for the rest.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Where your information is processed

We operate in the United States, and our service providers store and process information there. If you are writing to us from elsewhere, you are sending your information to the United States.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
