These terms govern your use of kenatus.com, operated by Achieve Zone LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using this site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

Kenatus is the professional site of Joshua T. George — author, speaker, and martial arts instructor. The site describes his work, offers a self-assessment tool, publishes writing, and provides a way to inquire about speaking engagements, corporate programs, and podcast appearances.

This site is informational. It does not create a professional relationship of any kind. Nothing here is legal, medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice. The Conversation Pattern Check is a self-reflection tool, not a psychological assessment, diagnostic instrument, or clinical measure of anything. Its results are not a diagnosis and should not be treated as one. If you are dealing with something that needs professional help, please seek it from a qualified professional.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract or a booking. Engagements are confirmed separately, in writing.

The content on this site — text, graphics, logos, frameworks, assessment questions, illustrations, and the arrangement of it all — belongs to Achieve Zone LLC or is used with permission. “Kenatus,” the Kenatus mark, and the frameworks presented here are our property.

You may read, share links to, and quote briefly from this site with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions, republish our content as your own, or use our material in a commercial product or training program without written permission.

Press and media materials in the podcast booking kit — bios, headshots, one-sheets — are provided specifically so hosts and event organizers can use them to promote an appearance. That is the use we grant.

What you send us

When you send us an inquiry, subscribe, or otherwise submit something, you keep ownership of it. You grant us permission to use it to respond to you and to run our business.

Do not send us confidential information through this site. We cannot guarantee the confidentiality of anything submitted through a web form, and unsolicited submissions are not treated as confidential.

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted, and the date at the top will reflect the update. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
